11th Annual Conference of Private School Principals in Peru: A Gathering for Digital Educational Transformation

Categories:

On October 30, ODILO participated in the 11th Annual Conference of Private School Principals (CADEP) in Peru, where over 300 educational leaders gathered to discuss and strengthen education in an increasingly digital context. This event served as an inspiring platform to share ideas and strategies aimed at modernizing the educational system and promoting unlimited, accessible learning tailored to current needs.

Educational Innovation and Limitless Learning

Through Araceli Uribe, ODILO’s Regional Account Manager for LATAM, we showcased how we are revolutionizing learning by providing students and educators with unlimited access to resources that support both academic and personal growth. Our team shared how our digital solutions facilitate the creation of a comprehensive learning environment where students can develop critical 21st-century skills and teachers have tools to enhance their impact in the classroom. Our stand demonstrated how autonomous learning and multiformat access can become powerful allies in developing lasting skills.

Digital transformation, a key focus at CADEP

One of the conference’s central themes was the importance of digital transformation as a pillar for maintaining competitiveness and relevance in the education sector. Discussions highlighted the need for private schools to update tools and methodologies to adapt to an ever-evolving digital environment. To address this need, ODILO offers a platform that enables the integration of advanced technology and active methodologies, promoting interactive and engaging learning in the classroom.

Strengthening Teaching Skills and Bridging the Digital Divide

The event emphasized the importance of continuous professional development as a tool to enhance educational quality. Updating teaching skills, particularly in the use of technology and active methodologies, poses a fundamental challenge for private institutions. At ODILO, we are committed to this goal, offering professional development resources that help teachers plan, assess, and improve their practices, thereby having a transformative impact on their students’ education.

Additionally, digital literacy and the importance of working together to reduce the access and digital skills gap among students were also key topics at the conference. We demonstrated how our solutions support educational institutions in promoting digital inclusion, offering access to a wide variety of educational content and platforms that enable a personalized learning experience.

Connecting with educational leaders in Peru

This event was a valuable opportunity to strengthen ties and explore strategic collaborations. Throughout the conference, we had the chance to present to directors and leaders from various educational institutions how ODILO can be a key partner in developing skills aligned with 21st-century needs. These exchanges of ideas and experiences motivate us to continue collaborating to create a more inclusive and digitally equipped educational system.

We extend our gratitude to everyone who joined us in this space for learning and exchange. Each conversation reinforces our commitment to transforming education.

At ODILO, we will continue working alongside the educational community to build a future where learning is accessible, personalized, and truly limitless.
