On 20 June 2024, ODILO organized the digital panel “Challenges and Opportunities of AI in Organizational Development” which featured leading HR and technology experts discussing how Artificial Intelligence can be used to prepare an agile, skilled workforce and meet the challenges of tomorrow.

This digital panel, which was connected live from Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Ecuador, Dominican Republic, Venezuela and El Salvador at the same time, was attended by Fabiola Quiroz, HR Manager Mexico of Bosch, Guillermo Stanley, Senior HR Manager Mexico of Adidas, Carlos Alberto D’Astè, People & Culture Director Middle Americas Regions of Teleperformance, Jorge Arana, HR Director of Despegar as moderator and Juliana Perry, LATAM Marketing Leader of ODILO as organizer of the event.

One of the issues discussed was how to address the main challenges, gaps and opportunities that organizations face today in implementing AI and what should be the appropriate approach to new technologies due to the rapid pace of technological advances and the massification of AI.

Other topics covered included the high value that AI generates in HR processes, how organizations can foster the successful adoption of AI among employees and how they can design dynamic training processes so that teams can quickly adapt to new technologies. The importance of AI’s role in leadership development and change management and how they are getting up to speed on these new technology trends in the Human Talent segment was also addressed.
