Our leadership tour with DCH: 3 impactful events in LATAM

Categories:

At ODILO, we are proud to have traveled across Latin America with DCH – International Organization of Human Capital Executives on our Leadership Breakfast Tour. Over three stops in Chile, Peru, and Mexico, we brought together HR leaders to reflect on the current challenges in the job market and share transformative strategies in learning and talent management.

First Stop: Santiago, Chile (October 29)

Driving Success: Challenges for Business Competitiveness

We began our tour in Chile with a boutique breakfast event in Santiago. Cristóbal González Toro, Director of Organizational Development at ESVAL S.A., shared insights on identifying, developing, and retaining high-potential talent, while also exploring the role of artificial intelligence in managing these profiles.
The event was an incredible opportunity to reflect on the importance of building a solid organizational culture and to share ideas in a rich networking environment.

Second Stop: Lima, Peru (November 7)

Implementing Hybrid Learning Models in Companies

In our second stop, in Lima, we gathered to explore how hybrid learning can transform organizations. We were honored to have Rómulo Martinez, Director of Campus Romero, who inspired us with his talk “From Screen to Office: Hybrid Learning Models.” During the session, we discussed how to blend the best of in-person and virtual learning to offer a personalized and flexible experience that meets the unique needs of each employee.

We also shared adaptable strategies and success stories that have proven the value of hybrid models in today’s business environment, reflecting on their direct impact on organizational innovation and adaptability. The day culminated in a lively networking session, where we connected with professionals committed to the future of talent, exchanging ideas and generating new opportunities for collaboration.

Third Stop: Mexico City (November 14)

Talent Management in the Age of Artificial Intelligence

We concluded our tour in Mexico City, where we delved into the transformative impact of artificial intelligence on talent management. Valerie Kilian, Senior Director HR at Clip, delivered an inspiring talk titled “Talent Management in the Age of Artificial Intelligence,” where we explored how to integrate this technology into key processes such as recruitment, training, and development. We reflected together on the importance of balancing technology with the human factor, ensuring that AI complements human capabilities rather than replacing them.

We also discussed the need to develop digital and adaptability skills within teams to face the challenges of the ever-evolving job market. The event concluded with a networking session that fostered idea exchange and strengthened strategic connections among industry leaders, marking the perfect close to this enriching experience.Do not miss our participation at this event: click here
